In what was a footballing contest of less spectacle both sides were to shy to have their say on their opponents goal but Mechal dig deep to find one.
Yared Kebefe who was instrumental when Mekelle 70 Enderta clinched the league title four seasons ago made an instant impact minutes after making his return into the premier league, his 89th minute strike for Mechal was the difference between the two sides at the end of the 90 minutes.
