Five goals thriller saw Hadiya Hossana defeating league leaders Mechal while Fasil also earn a hard fought three points from Hawassa in the second day action of the game week 16.
In the early kickoff, Hadiya Hossana twice came from behind to inflict defeat to league leaders Mechal.
Abel Negash put Mechal in front early on but Melese Meshamo levelled Hadiya in the 33rd minute. After the restart, it was Mechal who took the lead once again through the man inform Kenean Markneh but yet again Hadiya drew level through an own goal from Girum Hagos.
In what was a very lively action packed second half Temesgen Birhanu eventually find the match wining goal in the 86th minute, the win saw 8th place with 22 points while leaders Mechal missed on a chance to cement their lead.
In the late kickoff Fasil Kenema left it late to edge Hawassa Ketema 2-1.
Tafese Solomon was on the score sheet for Hawassa against his former side while Amanuel G/Micheal tarted the comeback for Fasil in the 78th minute and them Kalkidan Zelalem grabbed the all important goal in the 88th minute.
The win meant Fasil Kenema remain 5th with 26 points while Hawassa slide into 11th place with 19 points.
