Goals in the first half from Charles Musige and a sublime free kick from Carlos Damtew proved to be the difference between the two sides came the final whistle while Wogene Gezahegne scored the conciliation goal for Medhin.

In the late kickoff, Bahir Dar Ketema were held at bay by the resilient Hambericho defense as they frustrated them to a goalless draw.
