Second day action of game week 19 saw Adama Ketema claiming all three points from Kidus Giorgis after seven years while Hadiya also cruised to victory over Hambericho.
In the early kickoff Adama Ketema’s youngsters haunted down Kidus Giorgis for a historic victory.
It was Musse Kiros who gave Adama the early lead in style and then Biniyam Ayten added another in the second half to extend Adama’s lead but Kidus Giorgis who were second best in the entirity found the conciliation goal in the 77th minute through their latest addition to the squad, Tamirat Eyasu.
The historic win saw Adama Ketema climbing to 6th place with 30 points while Kidus Giorgis remained 2nd with 37 points.
In the late kickoff Hadiya Hossana scored twice to edge Hambericho.
In what was a day to remember for Hadiya goals in the second half from Temesgen Birhanu and Dawa Hottesa and the win saw Hadiya scoring two goals for the fourth time this season.
Hadiya’s win saw them returning to wining ways and they now rank 8th with 27 points while Hambericho’s misery continues as they still sit rock bottom.
