Day three action of game week 5 saw Meklakeya return to winning ways and also Wolaita Dicha also came from behind to climb to the league summit.
In the early kick off Meklakeya upset Bahirdar Ketema, Biniam Belay’s brace handed Meklakeya all three points.
Meklakeya now with 10 points are third on the table level on points with Fasil Ketema, while Bahirdar Ketema who suffered back to back defeats are 6th on the table.
The late kickoff saw a six goal thriller ending 4-2 in favor of Wolaita Dicha, an own goal from Antneh Tesfaye, Bereket Wole Yohannes, Kalkidan Zelalem and Minyelu Wondimu were all on target to hand Dicha their 4th successive win of the season.
Following today’s win, Wolita Dicha are now on the summit of the log with 12 points while Sebeta Ketema are still in the danger zone with only 3 points.
