Third day action of the Amhara Bank Tana Cup witnessed Gaddafi Modern and Wolkite Ketema book their place in the semi finals.
In the early kickoff Ugandan Premier league side Gaddafi Modern edge Diredawa Ketema 2-1 to book their place in the semi final, Ghanian import Asante Godfred opened the scoring for Dire but Gaddafi Modern came from behind to seal the win courtsey of goals from Charles Musiige and Simon Serenkuma.
Jhonson Osengo was voted player of match from Gaddafi Modern who top Group A with two wins in two.
In the afternoon kick off from group B saw fellow Ugandan premier side Bul FC held to a one all draw against Wolkite Ketema, Anwar Dula gave Wolkite the breakthrough but Ndogwa Kerim restored parity very quickly.
Wolkite Ketema on 4 points sealed their qualification in to the semi final while their summer recruit Samuel Asferi was named man of the match.
