Third day action of game week 19 saw Kidus Giorgis reclaiming the summit while Hadiya Hossana drew yet again.
The early kickoff saw Kidus Giorgis beating Shashemene Ketema courtesy of a brace from Amanuel Erbo.
Kidus Giorgis, came into today’s game knowing that they would go on top if they get the three points but they face a tuff test and were forced to wait until the 70th minute to open the deadlock.
Amanuel Erbo who returned from injury grabbed a brace to mark his return, the win saw Kidus Giorgis reclaiming the summit of the log with 37 points after spending 11 game weeks in the chasing pack.
In the late kickoff Wolkite Ketema and Hadiya Hossana played out a goalless draw.
The draw meant Hadiya Hossana registering their 11th draw of the season and currently reside 10th place with 24 points while Wolkite Ketema remained 15th with 12 points.
