Ethiopian Premier League broadcast rights holder OBN has officially entered into a partnership agreement with Gofere to collaborate on a range of activities aimed at enhancing the overall experience of the CBE Ethiopian Premier League.
As part of the agreement, the two organizations will introduce Player of the Match awards throughout the league season while also organizing fan zone events in different regions to bring supporters closer to local football and create a more vibrant matchday atmosphere.
The partnership will also include the planning and execution of the league’s closing ceremony. In addition, Gofere will provide its products for OBN staff responsible for live Premier League broadcasts.
Beyond domestic top-flight league activities, the agreement also covers cooperation in organizing major East African competitions along with capacity-building initiatives and knowledge exchange programs with partner organizations across East African countries.
