Goals early on saw Sidama Bunna edging Dire while Bahir Dar and Hawassa played out a one all draw in the opening day action of game week 29.
The opening fixture of game week 29 saw Bahir Dar Ketema and Hawassa Ketema playing out a one all draw.
Goals of each side came from the spot, first up it was Bahir Dar Ketema who converted from the spot through Fikremichael Alemu in the 11th minute and then deep into tge second half leagues top goal scorer Ali Sulieman succesful spot kick force the points to be shared.
The draw left Bahir Dar in 4th place with 50 points while Hawassa moved into 10th place with 38 points.
In the late kickoff between two sides returning from defeat saw Sidama Bunna edging Dire Dawa Ketema 2-0.
The fixture was settled early on as goals from Emanuel Larye in the 5th minute against his former employees and Desta Yohannes in the 9th minute saw Sidama Bunna returning to wining ways
Following today victory Sidama Bunna remain 12th with 37 points ahile Dire who are experiencing tough times are still 8th with 40 points.
