Ethiopia takes on bottom side Angola in the last Group B game on the ongoing CHAN tourney in Rwanda.
Ethiopia left Buthare after suffering a heavy defeat at the hands of DR Congo and managing a barren draw versus Cameroon. Walias will play Angola in Kigali at Amhaoro Stadium in desire of booking a place in the quarter finals even though the team has a slim chance of progressing.
Ethiopia custodian Abel Mamo will miss out the Angola game through ankle injury. Midfielder Gatoch Panom also sustained an ankle injury but he trained with the rest of the squad. It is not yet known whether Panom would be fit enough to face Angola in the crucial group game. Coach Yohannis Sahle has no any injury concern as the rest of the players are in good shape.
DR Congo already progressed to the quarter final whilst Cote de’ Ivorie, hosts Rwanda and Zambia are other teams that booked a place in the last eight.
