Jimma Aba Jiffar’s search for three points ended today after nine failed attempts while Adama Ketema came from behind to edge past Sebeta Ketema.
In the early kickoff, Jimma Aba Jiffare who were yet to register three points to their name take on resurgent Addis Ababa Ketema, in what was an evenly contested encounter Dawit Estifanose’s sublime free kick deep in the second half proved to be the difference.
Meanwhile in the late kickoff, Adama Ketema came from behind to ease past Sebeta Ketema.
Hailemicheal Adefrese opened the scoring for Sebeta early in the first half but second half strikes from Dawa Hottessa and Abdisa Jemal were enough to lift Adama higher up in the log.
Adama are now 5th with 11 points meanwhile bottom side Jimma now with 4 points are now 3 points away from Sebeta Ketema sitting above them.
