Game week 12 of the Betking Ethiopian premier league is back with a bang as Fasil Kenema once again faced a setback in their title credentials while Hadiya Hossana returned to winning ways.
In the early kick off Fasil Kenema came from behind to rescue a solitary point from Adama Ketema.
Ame Mohammed opened the scoring for Adama Ketema in the first half but Okiki Afolabi’s headed goal deep into the second half courtesy of Jemal Tassew’s error salvaged the draw for Fasil.
Fasil are still 2nd in the log with 22 points, if Kidus Giorgis were to win their game in hand their lead would stretch to 4 points.
In the late kickoff Hadiya Hossana returned to winning ways after three games, Samson Tilahun converted from the spot to hand his side the much needed three points guiding the to 7th in the log with 16 points, in turn increases the pressure on Sebeta Ketema who are closing on the bottom of the league with 7 points.
