Negele Arsi continues to strengthen their roster after agreeing terms to secure two new additions.
Bereket Gizaw is set to join the Ostriches following days of speculation regarding his future. Hailing from Jinka, Bereket established himself in Ethiopian football through standout spells with CBE and Fasil Kenema. During his time with CBE he helped lift the Ethiopian Premier League title.
After his two-year stint with Fasil came to an end, speculation mounted over his next step. Although Fasil Kenema previously announced that the midfielder had extended his contract after a stellar campaign. Soccer Ethiopia has now learned that negotiations with Negele Arsi have now been successfully finalized.
Joining him at the club is left-footed winger Endalkachew Tibebu. Having started his career at Arbaminch, Endalkachew built a strong reputation during spells with Omedla and most recently Welwalo AU, where he capped off a successful season by lifting the Ethiopian Cup. The Winger has now set to put pen to paper on a two-year deal to complete his move to Negele Arsi.
