Saint George (Kidus Giorgis) have awarded significant salary increases to their promising youth prospects who were promoted from the youth sides to the first team.
The Horsemen promoted several players to the senior squad this season, with the youngsters stepping up to deliver impressive performances that helped secure a fifth place league finish.
Following their impact, the club has implemented major pay raises across nearly all of their promoted youth players.
Under the new terms, players previously earning between ETB 2,500 and ETB 20,000 will see their monthly wages rise to between ETB 100,000 and ETB 150,000.
The club introduced the substantial bump to keep the young talent motivated and driven ahead of the new campaign.
