The Ethiopian national team head coach Wubetu Abate has named 26 men provisional squad for the remaining two fixtures of the Qatar 2022 World cup qualifiers.
Ethiopia’s hopes of qualifying were cut short but the remaining two fixtures against Ghana and Zimbabwe are taken seriously as Coach Wubetu explained they would be massive games in their preparation for AFCON 2022.
Firew Solomon and Dawa Hottesa are among the surprise inclusions from the relatively stable national team squad in the recent past.
