Third day action saw Kidus Giorgis and Shashemene Ketema opening the round with huge wins.
The early kickoff saw Kidus Giorgis running out with all three points against Wolkite Ketema.
Amanuel Erbo and Remedan Yesuf were on target for Kidus Giorgis to increase their point tally to 31 points and be on a touching distance from league leaders while Wolkite on a bumpy road are 15th with only 10 points.
The late kickoff saw Shashemene Ketema stunning Wolaita Dicha with a 2-1 victory as Sintayehu Mengistu mark his return with a goal.
It was Wolaita Dicha who opened the scoring just before halftime through Biniyam Fikre but a much improved second half dispaly saw Shashemene striking twice.
Sintayehu Mengistu who joined Shashemene Ketema days prior to the game opened his scoring account for his new side in 53rd minute and Ashenafi Tiruneh got the all important goal for Shashemene in the 73rd minute.
The win saw Shashemene Ketema who got their second win of the campaign moving into 13th place with 12 points to reignite their hopes of survival while Wolaita Dicha are 10th with 22 points.
