The proudly Ethiopian Sports apparel brand, Gofere has agreed a groundbreaking agreement with the Ethiopian football federation to become the official apparel supplier for Ethiopian football referees.
In an event held today at the Elilly international hotel Mr. Bahiru Tilahun, Chief executive officer of the Ethiopian football federation and Mr. Samuel Mekonen founder & CEO of Gofere penned a three year deal that would see Gofere becoming the official apparel supplier to all football referees officiating under the Ethiopian football federation.
Todays pioneering agreement has a variety of modalities in which both parties collaborate. As disclosed in the press conference earlier today Gofere would sponsor mens premier league referees while for tournaments down the pyramid Gofere and the Ethiopian football federation have agreed upon several financial modalities.
The deal that would span three years would see Gofere supplying refereeing kits, warm up shirts ,travel shirts and also track suits.
The flagship apparel brand,Gofere has been taking the East African apparel market with a storm is expected to make other ground breaking announcement in the coming weeks.
