Game week six concluded today with Ethiopia Bunna registering their second win of the campaign while Bahirdar Ketema once again returned to winning ways.
The Early fixture saw Ethiopia Bunna register a narrow 1-0 win against Mekelakeya, William Solomon the ex-Mekelakya player proving to be the difference.
Mekelakeya nearly equalized in the 88th minute after they were awarded a controversial penalty kick but substitute goalkeeper Berket Amare was to Coffee’s rescue as he saved Biniam Belay’s penalty kick.
Ethiopia Bunna are now 10th with 8 points while Mekelakeya dropped to 6th with 10 points.
