Game week 14 concluded today as Wolkite Ketema earn a hard fought win while Woalita Dicha took all three points against Hadiya Hossana.
First up it was Wolkite Ketema who returned to winning ways after beating Jimma Aba Jiffar 3-2.
Wolkite Ketema scored three times without a replay to gain total control of the game through strikes from Tesfaye Negash, Chala Teshita, and Yared Tadesse.
But resurgent Jimma scored twice in the late minutes through Dawit Estifanos and MohammedNur Nasser but Wolkite hold on to register their first win in four matches.
Wolkite Ketema now 7th with 20 points seems to be galvanized by their new head coach Temesgen Dana.
In the late kickoff Wolaita Dicha and Hadiya Hossana played out a very frustrating game of football but Sintayehu Mengistu’s 45th minute headed goal courtesy of Mesay Ayano’s hauler lead Wolaita Dicha to climb into 3rd in the log with 25 points.
